Firstly, we would like to know , what do we maean by discipline as my concerned about discipline is controlling one's behaviour. why would one want to control one's behaviour. Reason are obvious because we live in thus world with many other people each one is unique and different in order to live together with harmony and peace. we must have some elegant and good etiquette for social behaviour. without etiquette and elegant we would not be able to live together at all.
However too much discipline can become interdictory to the point that our creative energy does not find any solution. This can create more problems . In school there are code of behaviour defined for the smooth running of the school. we have to come to school at a fixed time and all lesson and activities are carried out according to a schedule. this is necessary if we do not follow a schedule there will be too much time wasted in finding out what is going on at which place and at what time. in short the school would be worse than a market place. It cannot be denied that discipline is utmost importance in school.
We follow same kind of discipline at our workplace , company , institution. In order to maintain discipline in that places we come together at same time and same uniform. Discipline is the most tool in life to be succed.
